• Do I need a consultation before my first appointment? +

  If you're booking a facial, your first visit includes a complimentary skin diagnostic when scheduled same-day. For injectables, we'll do a short in-room consult before treatment so we can build a plan that fits your goals.

• How much does Botox cost at Excell Atelier? +

  Botox, Dysport, and Daxxify are all neuromodulators — we carry Dysport and Daxxify, and most patients refer to either as "Botox." Pricing is $12/unit standard, $10/unit for Silver members, $8/unit for Platinum members. Most patients use 20 to 60 units depending on area and goal — we'll quote your visit before any product is opened.

• Do you offer payment plans or financing? +

  Yes — we accept Cherry and CareCredit for financing. Both let you split larger treatments (filler packages, Sculptra plans, memberships paid annually) into monthly payments with quick online approval. Ask at checkout and we'll walk you through the application.

• Is there downtime after a HydraFacial? +

  Most patients have no downtime. HydraFacial is designed so you can go straight back to your day. Skin may look mildly pink immediately after — that typically fades within an hour or two.

• How is microneedling different from Sculptra or PRP? +

  Microneedling triggers your skin to rebuild. Sculptra is a bio-stimulator that adds volume gradually over months. PRP/PRF uses your own growth factors. The three are often combined depending on what we're treating.

• What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +

  Cancellation policy is communicated through Boulevard at the time of booking. Reach the studio at (714) 495-3425 for changes.

• Do you accept walk-ins? +

  Yes — walk-ins are welcome during open hours, though same-day availability isn't guaranteed for injectables or longer treatments. Online booking is the safest way to lock a slot.

• Are there ongoing membership benefits? +

  Yes. Silver ($99/mo) includes a monthly facial and reduced toxin pricing. Platinum ($199/mo) adds the Glow Rx Facial, $8/unit toxin, retail discounts, LED light therapy, and a birthday gift.
