Before your visit

The studio is set up to make this easy. A few small ways to set yourself up well for the visit.
- Arrive 10 minutes early so we can settle you in and run a quick check-in without rushing.
- Come with clean skin if you can — we'll cleanse again, but it helps with the diagnostic.
- Skip ibuprofen, fish oil, and alcohol for 24 hours before injectables (helps reduce bruising).
- Bring a list of any medications, vitamins, and recent skincare actives (retinols, acids, isotretinoin).
- Tell us about pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent illness — it can shift the treatment plan.
- Park on Main Street or in the lots just off PCH; downtown HB has short walks to the door.
- If you're flying out or have a big event, let us know — timing matters for facials and toxin.
- Cancellation policy is communicated through Boulevard at booking. Text us if anything changes.
