Dr. Phuc Bao Tran

Dr. Phuc Bao Tran, D.O. is a dual board-certified family practice physician with Excell Integrated Medical Group in Paramount, where he serves as CEO and founder. He earned his osteopathic medicine degree at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and completed his residency in family medicine at Chino Valley Medical Center in Chino, CA. Board-certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Tran strongly believes in full continuity of care, which is why Excell Integrated Medical Group covers acute hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, board & cares, and house patients. Outside of work, Dr. Tran enjoys basketball, golfing, and weight training. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife and two sons.

Jennae Ty-De Guzman

Driven by a commitment to advancing patient care and professional standards, Jennae has trained locally and worldwide with renowned plastic surgeons and key opinion leaders including Dr. David Saadat, Dr. Gideon Kwok, Dr. Arthur Swift, Nicola Lowry, and many others — honing her skills in advanced injectables, medical-grade skincare, and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

As a dedicated instructor, Jennae has trained hundreds of nurses, instilling in them not only the technical skills but the artistry and ethical principles essential for delivering exceptional results. Her dynamic teaching style and hands-on approach have earned her acclaim from students who praise her ability to simplify complex concepts and foster confidence in their own practice.

Through Excell Atelier, Jennae hopes to instill the values of family, community, and human connection into every interaction — integrating clinical expertise and integrity into something personal. For her, every treatment is an opportunity to cultivate intention, ensuring that every person who leaves the chair feels not only beautifully enhanced but deeply seen and supported.

Megan Truong

Megan is a dual-licensed esthetician and cosmetologist whose passion for skincare began through her own struggles with acne at a young age. After earning her esthetician certification, she spent two years at Massage Envy, where she worked her way up to Lead Esthetician. During that time she built strong foundations in skincare and discovered the holistic, results-driven approaches that helped heal her own acne-prone skin without relying solely on medications.

Wanting to expand her scope of practice in a more personalized setting, Megan pursued her dream of working in a medical spa environment. At Excell Atelier she can fully utilize her knowledge and creativity to provide customized treatments that go beyond basic skincare protocols.

Beyond esthetics, Megan is deeply passionate about human connection. She sees people beyond their skin and believes clients are much more than appointments — they are individuals with meaningful stories, emotions, and experiences who deserve genuine care and compassion. She is equally passionate about client education, believing that healthy skin starts with understanding the science behind it. To her, skincare is more than products or facials — it is consistency, education, and confidence.

Licensed Esthetician

Rochelle Arevalo

Rochelle is a licensed esthetician with a passion for the medical field. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a deep interest in creating meaningful, confidence-building experiences for others. Originally pursuing a career as a marriage and family therapist, she developed a strong understanding of emotional wellness and the importance of feeling truly seen, heard, and cared for. She now brings that same therapeutic energy into the treatment room — creating a calming, supportive space where clients can relax, open up, and leave feeling both refreshed and empowered.

Her background in psychology allows her to approach esthetics with empathy and intention, recognizing that self-care and mental well-being often go hand in hand. In addition to her work in aesthetics, Rochelle is currently attending nursing school with hopes of specializing in labor and delivery — where she can continue supporting women through meaningful and transformative moments in their lives. She also plans to pursue advanced cosmetic training to become an injector, combining her passion for healthcare, beauty, and patient-centered care.

Outside of the treatment room, Rochelle enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending time with her cats, and embracing her Filipino pride through culture, family, and community. Known for her warm personality and positive energy, she brings care, creativity, and authenticity into every part of her life and work.
